Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Ayuda Agency Ltd, which trades as Kris Wood for its strategy work. Ayuda Agency Ltd is the data controller, which means I decide how and why your information is used.

What information I collect
Information you give me. When you fill in the contact form I collect your first name, last name, work email, company name (if you provide it) and the message you write. I use this to respond to you.
Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and the type of device and browser you use. This only happens after you accept. If you reject, none of it is collected. Google Analytics 4 does not store your individual IP address.
Why I use it and my legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me, and taking steps at your request before any agreement.
- To understand and improve the site. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it any time.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your information. I share it only with the service providers I rely on to run the business, and only so they can perform that service on my instructions:
- Email delivery: Brevo, which sends the message from the contact form to my inbox.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Customer records: HubSpot, where I keep a record of enquiries and conversations.
- Website hosting: my hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
Sending information outside the UK
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK extension to the EU to US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless an ongoing relationship or a legal obligation means I need to keep them longer. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information I hold about you
- ask me to correct anything that is wrong
- ask me to delete your information
- ask me to restrict or stop using it
- object to me using it
- ask for it in a portable format
- withdraw your consent to analytics at any time
