What does a brand strategist actually do?

I help leadership teams make the decisions that shape how their business is understood and chosen. One clear positioning, one commercial narrative, one set of behaviours the whole business reinforces. Strategy work, not design work. The visuals come later, and they come easier once the thinking is done.

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Agencies amplify a message. I help you decide what the message should be. If the strategy underneath is unclear, marketing only amplifies the confusion. I work directly with founders and leadership teams on the decisions that come before any campaign.

Who do you work with?
